Wondering how to add your own logo to WordPress login? Perhaps you fancy adding in your own logo or your client’s logo to the WordPress Login/admin section of your WordPress website? Well, Here’s one quick way using the Loginstyle Plugin instead of editing the functions.php file.

There are quite a few plugins available to achieve this but the Loginstyle plugin is what we will be using in this example. It’s a quick, easy and effective way to add your own logo to the wordpress login page. It also has a lot of additional customisable extras, but we won’t go into details here. If you want an alternative, there are plenty – just search “Loginstyle” in the wordpress plugin section.

How to add your own logo to WordPress Login:

Automatic Installation

  1. From your Dashboard go to Plugins > Add New
  2. Search for “Loginstyle”
  3. Click “Install Now”

Manual Installation

  1. Download the plugin .zip file
  2. On your Dashboard go to Plugins > Add New
  3. Select “Upload Plugin” from the top of the page
  4. Click “Choose File” and select the loginstyle.x.x.x.zip file from your computer and click “Install Now”
  5. After the plugin has been successfully installed you can press “Activate Plugin” to start using the plugin

FTP Installation

  1. Download the plugin .zip file and extract it to a location on your computer
  2. Login to your FTP server
  3. Upload the loginstyle folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  4. Activate Loginstyle under Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins
