WPManager – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

White-label WordPress Support and Maintenance
January 26, 2019
In the light of the recent situation and the latest advice from the Government, I just want to update you on the steps we are taking at WPManager to ensure that we can continue providing great service during this outbreak, while also protecting ourselves and others.

To prevent unnecessary contact we have suspended all face to face meetings until further notice and will conduct all business by email, over the phone or by video call to reduce the risk of spreading or contracting the virus.

Everyone at WPManager works remotely, so we are in the best position to continue working in most situations, hopefully meaning little or no disruption to our service, both on new projects and for existing, or regular support clients.

We are working to ensure that we are following all the latest Government advice on protecting ourselves and yourselves during this time.

We will keep you notified of any updates should the situation change however.

With best wishes.

How we can help during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Do you need to make changes to your website because of the current pandemic situation?

We can help.

There are many things that we can do to help in this scenario. We can potentially add in a banner, popup or blog post to highlight new changes to your organisation. This is a great way to highlight to your clients or potential customers, any changes to your business – aswell as inform on how you will be operating throughout these difficult circumstances.

There may be more radical changes required. For example, your entire business may need some innovation or out of the box thinking – especially if you rely on physical footfall at a location on your business premises or shop. There are additional ways we may be able to help there. For example, adding an online shop into the website can be a great way to increase remote / digital revenue, without the need for the physical presence, even on a temporary basis – this can be a vital change that can allow for that all important cashflow.

Are you a consultant?

If you’re not able to carry out face-to-face meetings, we can help you setup online calendar booking options too.
